‘If Only’ is our contribution to the on-going conversation about Mental Health in Ireland in the lead up to World Suicide Prevention Day 2017. It highlights the importance of intervention for anyone struggling with depression or suicidal ideation. The film was written, produced and directed by Kamal Ibrahim.

Content that has an Impact

We started a production company and with everything we do, we want it to be true to life and as meaningful as possible. Even our fiction is based on truth and with everything we do, we want to have an impact, if only to entertain.

It meant something to the whole team, as everyone could directly relate to the issue we were dealing with.

The reason ‘If Only’ did so well, was because everyone involved, understood or had experience with what we were doing. And we were very careful to focus on the message.

We weren’t trying to show off or do something for its own sake. On a topic like this, keeping it simple was hugely important. The less you say the more you show.
